Archetypes and inner development

Blick auf das Meteora-Kloster

Archetypes are universal inner images and fundamental patterns of human experience. They describe recurring forces in our psyche that manifest in dreams, relationships, and life phases. Archetypes such as the Seeker, the Healer, the Shadow, or the Sage represent inner aspects that shape and accompany our developmental path.

In therapeutic and spiritual work, archetypes help to make inner processes more understandable. They give symbolic language to psychological experiences and make it possible to view personal issues from a broader perspective. This allows hidden dynamics to be recognized and more consciously integrated.

In my work, I use archetypal perspectives to support clients in recognizing their inner patterns and gaining a clearer understanding of their developmental stages. Archetypes serve as a guide for self-reflection and personal growth. They open access to deeper layers of consciousness and foster a more holistic understanding of one's inner world.
