Spiritual Psychology

Spiritual psychology combines classical psychological understanding with the exploration of the deeper, meaning-giving levels of human experience. It views the human being as a unity of body, mind, and soul and focuses on the interplay of consciousness, experience, and inner development.
Many psychological challenges arise from a feeling of separation—from oneself, from others, or from one's own inner purpose. Spiritual psychology invites us to explore this separation mindfully. From a nondual spiritual perspective, life on Earth is perceived differently than from the limited viewpoint of the ego. While the ego is trapped in judgments, fears, and identifications, the nondual plane opens up a broader view of one's being—a space of interconnectedness in which experiences can be understood not only personally, but also as part of a greater consciousness.
Working together creates a space for self-reflection, awareness, and personal growth. Spiritual perspectives help to view emotional patterns and inner conflicts within this broader context. Crises can thus be recognized not only as problems, but also as developmental steps that lead to greater clarity and inner freedom.
In my work as a therapist, I accompany people on this path, combining therapeutic experience with spiritual orientation. The goal of my work is to foster inner clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection with one's own being.
Spiritual psychology understands personal development as an ongoing process. It opens up the possibility not only of coping with one's own life, but of consciously and meaningfully shaping it from a deeper perspective of consciousness.
