Healing Shadow Work
according to C.G. Jung

Shadow work, as developed by C.G. Jung, deals with those aspects of our personality that we have repressed or rejected throughout our lives. These so-called "shadows" often arise from early experiences, societal expectations, or internal defense mechanisms. Although they usually remain unconscious, they influence our thoughts, feelings, and actions—especially in relationships and challenging life situations.
Shadow work is not about fighting or correcting something about oneself. It is a mindful invitation to get to know and integrate the hidden aspects of one's personality. To the extent that we recognize and accept our shadows, self-understanding, inner maturity, and emotional freedom grow.
As a therapist and clairvoyant guide, I support people in exploring their shadow aspects within a safe and non-judgmental environment. In addition to psychological reflection, my intuitive perception also informs my work. This can help to make unconscious dynamics visible more quickly and to understand inner processes more clearly.
This integrative approach fosters a deeper sense of wholeness and authenticity – and opens up new possibilities for interacting with oneself and others with greater clarity and compassion.
