Sexuality in a therapeutic context

Sexuality is an essential component of human personality and is closely linked to identity, self-esteem, and the ability to form relationships. In my therapeutic work, this topic is addressed objectively, respectfully, and professionally. Mindful reflection on sexual experiences and influences can support clients in clarifying inner conflicts, reducing emotional burdens, and developing a healthy relationship with their own body and sexuality.
A key focus is on promoting an open and non-judgmental approach to one's own sexuality. Historically, sexuality – especially in a religious context – has often been associated with abstinence or repression. In my work, however, integration is paramount: sexuality is understood as a natural aspect of personality that is consciously reflected upon and incorporated into personal development.
Embracing one's own sexuality means recognizing it as a legitimate expression of one's identity. Professionally addressing this area can strengthen self-acceptance, reduce inner tension, and foster the ability to form authentic relationships. This integrative approach is part of my holistic support, which is designed to sustainably promote personal development on a physical, emotional, and psychological level.
