Changing Your Thinking

Your thinking is an enormous force in this world. But how do you use it? And how can you actually influence what happens inside your mind?
This is where the answer begins.

THE CONTROL CENTRE
In many ways, your brain functions like a computer. A computer cannot create new information by itself – it simply processes what is entered into it.
Your brain works in a similar way. Most of the thoughts you think throughout the day are not created spontaneously in your mind. Your brain is primarily the processing centre for what has previously been fed into your system.
Whatever you allow into your mind becomes the material from which your thoughts, evaluations and decisions are formed.
For some people this inner “software” works particularly well. Inspirations can be absorbed and processed more easily. Others are so occupied with old programmes that there is hardly any space for new impulses.
What you are thinking today is therefore often the result of what you fed into your consciousness yesterday.

INSPIRATION
Thoughts do not arrive randomly. They appear according to your inner vibration.
If you constantly surround yourself with negative news, conflict and fear-driven information, you programme your system to operate on a lower frequency. Your mind will then automatically continue to reproduce the same energy.
Your inner space becomes filled with tension, criticism and worry. There is hardly any room left for clarity or expansion.
It is similar to food. When the body is constantly supplied with fast food, it gradually loses more nutrients than it receives. The organism weakens over time.
The same principle applies to your thoughts.
Be mindful of what you feed your mind. The quality of your inspiration determines the quality of your mental and spiritual health.

MENTAL WASTE
Our oceans are increasingly turning into dumping grounds filled with plastic and toxic waste. A consumer society produces enormous amounts of rubbish – yet prefers not to deal with the consequences.
This development is also a mirror of our inner world.
Many people take no responsibility for the quality of their thoughts. They allow everything to enter their consciousness – fear, outrage, drama and endless judgement.
But in doing so, they pollute their own inner landscape.
You are a co-creator of this world. Through your thoughts you can create heaven on earth – or your own personal hell.
The ancient wisdom still applies:
As within, so without.
The real question is this:Do you rely on the voices outside – or on your own perception?

IT IS ALWAYS YOU
The thoughts you allow into your mind determine who you are today – and who you will become tomorrow.
When you stop allowing yourself to be controlled by the opinions of others, a new quality of freedom begins. Free thinking should always be one of your highest values.
We are all embedded within a much greater system than any individual can fully imagine. And yet it is precisely for this reason that your own voice matters.
Respect life.Respect your thoughts.Respect your consciousness.
Start today by taking responsibility for your mental nourishment.
You will notice how your world – and the world around you – immediately begins to change for the better.
In my sessions, people learn how to consciously direct their thinking and reconnect with their inner strength.

Thank you for your interest in my work.
Warm regards,
