For You on the Third Sunday of Advent

In these days, I listen to many worries and fears from people who are concerned that the current state of the world may simply be too much for them.

You need courage to move forward in life. What is courage? Why do so many people seem to lack it? Being courageous—especially in times like these—enables you to overcome every challenge.
To be courageous means standing by who you truly are.
Why is it so difficult for you to move ahead bravely and show yourself as you really are?

To move forward with courage means choosing your true Self.
Once you have decided to take a new step in your life, you have already de-cided — you have cut away the alternatives. A decision means that all other possibilities fall away.
The courage to decide defines you in the very act you bring into being through that step.

You define yourself through your actions, not through your ideas and concepts about life.
Introverted fantasising is the state in which most people remain throughout their lives. They withdraw and leave the stage of the world to others.
Lack of courage makes you believe you have no influence in this world.

Often, people are afraid to make a decision.
Do you recognise this in yourself — drifting through life without truly committing? And yet, once you finally decide, the heavy air of tension or stagnation suddenly feels swept away.
Do not abandon yourself — or others — by remaining in a state of “non-decision” and uncertainty.

If you do not courageously decide for what you truly want, others will decide for you.
You hand over your power to them and gradually lose more and more of your own inner energy. This leads to a weakening of the Self. And a Self that becomes increasingly weakened grows less and less capable of navigating life with strength and clarity.
It becomes dependent on the favour and decisions of others.
Is that really what you want?

The energy of your Self is all you truly have.
If you give yourself up, then your life is already behind you — and you are merely waiting for the moment of death. In truth, in such a state, you have already died on a spiritual level.
Is that really what you want?

Your love and your strength to act are needed.
There are many things in your life waiting to be done. Make use of the quality of each individual moment. Hidden opportunities are everywhere — waiting to be recognised, and recognised by you.
There are no coincidences. Everything unfolds as it is meant to unfold.
You are called to follow your inner impulses. They come to you as inspiration from the spiritual realm. Act on them with courage.

Decide now to move forward with courage and to make conscious choices.
Time is passing — and one thing is certain: at the end of your life, you will ask yourself,
Have I truly lived as my real Self?Or did I disguise myself and make myself small for the sake of others?

I hope you make the right decision. Your life is what truly matters. And by leading through your own example, you can positively inspire your children and everyone around you to make choices that arise from their own Self —
to have the courage to live as who they truly are.
Then the current state of the world will no longer be able to pull you away from your inner centre.
In my sessions, people experience the courage to show themselves as they truly feel from the depth of their soul.

Thank you very much for your interest in my work.
Warm regards,
Marc Altmann
