GIVE YOUR BEST

Sometimes you feel exhausted. You’ve given, shown up, opened yourself—and in the end, you feel used or disappointed.
That’s the moment you say:“That’s enough. I’m done.”
But this is exactly where your real work begins. Not out there—within you.

IT IS ALWAYS ABOUT YOU
Your withdrawal is understandable. But it is still a decision.
Not to protect yourself—but to disconnect from yourself.
Because your willingness to giveis not a service to others. It is an expression of who you are.
The real question is not: How do others behave? But: From which state do you meet them?
You don’t have to take on other people’s negativity. But you can learn to stay connected to yourself without shutting down.

WHAT DOES IT DO TO YOU?
This is the central question of inner development.
When someone rejects you—do you believe them? Or do you remain clear in your perception?
Not every judgement about you is true. Often, people simply show you how they feel about themselves.
Once you see that, you stop taking everything personally.
And that is where emotional freedom begins.

PROTECTION FOR THE SOUL
You wouldn’t walk into the cold without protection. So why move through emotional challenges without inner clarity?
Inner stability is not a coincidence. It is the result of awareness.
Not withdrawal—but presence.
You don’t need to become harder. But clearer.
The more aware you are, the less anything can reach you on the inside.

GIVE YOUR BEST – WITHOUT LOSING YOURSELF
This is not about being perfect. Perfection is an idea created by the ego.
What matters is your authenticity.
Giving your best does not meandraining yourself—it means acting from connection with yourself.
When you live from within, you don’t become empty. You become clear.
And from that clarity, real strength arises.

In my sessions, I guide people back to this place:
out of exhaustion and into inner stability.

Warm regards,
Marc Altmann
