Darkness in the Northern Hemisphere reaches its peak on 21 December at the winter solstice. At the same time, the present times do not look bright for many people. Forms and structures that have been cherished are collapsing, and a sense of uncertainty is spreading about what the future will bring. Artificial intelligence is taking over the work of many jobs, and the transition is leaving many in despair. Now it requires great patience and mindfulness to listen inwardly to what it is truly about and to discern what your next step into change should be.

Time and again, people feel frustrated by the fact that change sometimes takes time. The transformations that arise through development and research do not appear overnight. Everything is subject to a temporal process of progression. The same applies to your daily striving for truth and clarity. These are processes in which real change takes place. It is not spontaneous, quick solutions that endure.

WHERE, THEN, ARE THE RESULTS?

Sometimes people think too much. When you have planted a seed in the earth, it would not be useful to keep digging it up to see how it is germinating and growing. It develops in secret, and it is not important to follow your curiosity to examine how far it has progressed. At the right time, the plant will reveal itself, having made its way through the darkness into the light. It must gather the strength itself to take that path.

PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT IS HAPPENING WITHIN

When women are pregnant, they notice within themselves the movement of the child. In this way, they build a relationship with the child growing inside them. This mindfulness that a pregnant woman has during this time should also become your own. As soon as you notice that something is happening within you, you become attentive.

When impatience catches up with you again and again in your process of development, think of this pregnant woman. Everything takes its time. It is impossible to release a child healthily from pregnancy too early. The same applies to everything else in your life.

CHILDREN ARE IMPATIENT

“When are we finally there?” you hear from the back seats of your car. Children constantly ask how much longer a journey will take. They show you what you also think or say in life, for you too are an inner child, regardless of whether you are already grown up.

Imagine God and the angels sitting in the front of the car, driving you toward the destination you have chosen. If you keep asking how much longer the journey will take, it is just as irritating for the driver, who is focused on reaching the destination, as it is for you as a parent when children constantly interrupt to ask.

DAD WILL TAKE CARE OF IT

If you acknowledge God as your Father, then you can also trust that He will carry you to the right destination at the right time. Focus more on enjoying the scenery you travel through until you reach your goal, and you will have much more joy on your journey. It is the same for God. It is far more pleasant to move through life with gracious guests than with grumpy people who always have something to complain about.

In my sessions, participants learn through patience and mindfulness how to cultivate joyful perseverance along life’s path.

Thank you for your interest in my work.

Warm regards,
