Love Yourself.

Are you actually aware that you have a relationship with yourself?
Most people immediately think of a connection with another person when they hear the word relationship. But the most important relationship in your life is the relationship you have with yourself.

LOVE FOR YOURSELF
Perhaps you have never consciously thought about it before, but you spend more time with yourself than with anyone else. Therefore, develop a good relationship with yourself, because you are the only person you can never separate from until the physical death of your body.
One day, when you leave this world, you will separate from your physical body — but not from your consciousness. You will continue to exist. Even then, your relationship with yourself will remain. You cannot avoid doing this inner work of love. So why not begin today?

WHAT IS SELF-LOVE
Learn to love yourself. Not in an egotistical or self-absorbed way that leads to a superficial life of indulgence, but in a calm, balanced way that rests in God.
We are all creations of God. And what God has created should be treated with love. This does not mean you have to walk around smiling artificially 24 hours a day. What matters far more is discovering the real smile within yourself — the place in your heart where you can simply be happy to be who you are.
From this inner place, true happiness naturally begins to shine outward.

LIVING AND LOVING
Nobody is perfect. Perhaps you carry many weaknesses within you because of painful experiences you have been through. But that does not mean you are worthless.
Negative experiences create self-doubt. These doubts slowly eat away at your heart and allow even more negativity to enter your mind. This spiral only ends when you begin to stand by your own truth.
Every doubt about your true worth is ultimately a lie. Recognise this lie and put an end to it. Then you remain in the love for yourself.

GOD LOVES ME
You learn to love yourself in a way that says:
“I know God loves me, and therefore I can love what God loves. I do not approve of everything I do, but I accept myself because God has accepted me.”
It is about developing a mature kind of love that understands:
“I believe God changes me a little every day. But during this process, I will not reject what God has already accepted. I accept myself as I am now, while trusting that growth will continue.”

WE ARE GOD
The love that God is exists everywhere — including within you. If God lives within you and has found a home there, then you also carry this divine love within yourself.
When you learn to love the God within you, you naturally arrive at self-love.When you learn to trust the God within you, you arrive at self-confidence.
Self-awareness ultimately means becoming conscious of the divine truth within yourself.

In my sessions, people learn to recognise God within themselves. They begin to experience themselves once again as co-creators of their own lives.

Thank you very much for your interest in my work.
Warm regards,
