Be Who You Truly Are

In the past, social recognition and attention were often gained through material possessions accumulated throughout life. Today, in what many call the Age of Aquarius, this awareness is beginning to change. A new kind of “gold” has emerged — an inner value that has become more important to many people than outer success or status.

BE WHO YOU TRULY ARE

Being authentic means staying true to your own ideals and living according to your deepest values. Your actions are aligned with your words.

This shift can also be seen in companies and institutions. Businesses that lack authenticity are increasingly losing people’s trust. In today’s world, true leadership is no longer created through profit alone, but through what a person or institution genuinely represents.

Even schools and educational systems are affected by this new awareness. More and more people can sense whether something is real or merely an outer façade.

TRUTHFULNESS

A person who seeks authenticity strives to live truthfully and to stand up for what they inwardly recognise as right.

The image a person presents to society is deeply connected to their inner values. When those values are authentic and reflected through both words and actions, a person’s true nature becomes visible.

Today, many of us have developed a much deeper sensitivity for recognising whether someone is acting from their True Self or from selfish and ego-driven motives.

RESPONSIBILITY

You take responsibility and care not only for your own wellbeing, but also for the wellbeing of others. You accept the challenge of acting according to higher inner principles whenever possible.

Your conscience becomes like an inner compass, guiding you towards integrity and virtue. Of course, there will be moments when you lose your direction. That is part of being human. What truly matters is not losing the connection to yourself.

Whenever your inner balance disappears, it is often a sign that you have moved away from your True Self. By consciously correcting your inner compass, you can always return to your own path of authenticity.

TRUTH INSTEAD OF PERFECTIONISM

Authentic living helps you recognise and express your true nature.

It is not about being perfect. It is about living your truth and remaining faithful to your natural character.

What matters is learning to act with awareness towards yourself and towards other people. You begin to develop greater foresight and become more conscious of the consequences of your actions.

Again and again, you strive to do what feels right while learning to listen to the voice of your heart.

Recognise the attitude of your True Self. It will help you remain faithful to your authentic being.

In my sessions, the focus is on the authentic self of each individual person — regardless of the life circumstances they are living in.

Thank you for your interest in my work.

Warm regards,

Marc Altmann
