Subconscious or Unconscious?

Every thought, every decision, and every action you take contributes to the creation of your reality. On some level, you already know this – otherwise, you wouldn’t set clear goals such as: “By the holidays, I will lose five kilos.”Or: “I will start saving money for my holiday.”

These goals show you very clearly whether you stay committed – or lose yourself along the way. But why is it that some people manage to follow through, while others repeatedly fall short?

CONSCIOUSNESS

Out of your total consciousness, only around four percent is actively available to you in everyday life. The remaining 96 percent operates from your unconscious.

When you truly grasp this, it becomes clear why change can feel so difficult. A conscious intention meets a powerful inner system shaped by habits, conditioning, and automatic responses.

You want to change – yet most of you continues to run on the old programme.

WHERE DOES THE UNCONSCIOUS RESIDE?

The unconscious reveals itself primarily through your routines – and therefore through your body.

Your autonomic nervous system regulates countless processes entirely on its own: digestion, cell regeneration, protein production. None of this arises from conscious control.

These processes simply happen – they are part of your internal automation.

And this is exactly where the key lies: Your consciousness can influence these processes.

Not through control, but through alignment.

THE NEW NORM OF CONSCIOUSNESS

As you begin to direct your attention consciously, your internal system starts to shift. Your body learns to respond to the clarity of your intention.

Meditation, inner imagery, and focused awareness open access to deeper levels of your consciousness. The pineal gland also plays a central role here – it responds particularly to light and inner visualisation.

You already know this connection through jet lag: your system reacts immediately to changes in light.

Through conscious alignment and regular practice, a new inner order begins to emerge.

You evolve from an unconsciously driven person into a consciously aware being.

Your body is no longer just “carried along” – it becomes part of your conscious guidance.

In my sessions, I show you how to activate and stabilise this connection within yourself.

Warm regards,

Marc Altmann
