Each year, your birthday reminds you that you have come into this world.It is the gateway into your life.

But do you also remember why you came?What is your true intention for being here?

TO EXPERIENCE LOVE

As children, we knew.We played, we laughed – and we simply felt welcome.

The child within still knows the truth:We are here to experience love.

And not only that –we are here to make others feel welcome too.

Ask yourself today:Am I able to truly love?Do I meet the world with an open heart?

THE GAME

As life unfolds, we begin to play roles.We dress up, become someone else – and often forget who we truly are.

The game can be joyful –as long as you remember that it is a game.

Yet many people hold on to old woundsas if they were real and permanent.

In truth, they were often born out of a role –a fleeting moment that has long passed.

SEEING THROUGH THE ILLUSION

As long as you are lost in the game,you will be moved by its polarities.

But the moment you recognise it as a game,everything begins to change.

You no longer take the pain so seriously.You begin to see:

We are all children –trying to play the game of life in our own way.

FEAR

In the game, we sometimes frighten one another.That is part of it.

But holding on to the fear of being hurt againtakes away your lightness.

When you begin to see the humour in it,life becomes easier.

THE TRUTH

At the core of everything is love.

We are like children sent out to play –to experience, to feel, to live.

And one day, we return home –with stories in our hearts.

In my sessions, I guide people to recognise the game of life and reconnect with the love they truly are.
