If you wish to lose your centre, hold on to unrealistic expectations about your life and about the people around you. Disappointment will be inevitable.
Are you one of those who expect more from others than they are truly able to give?

In today’s society, a form of perfectionism prevails that can, in truth, never be fulfilled. Let go of this perfectionism before you perish in pessimism about the world and the people within it.
IT IS AS IT IS
Every human being is repeatedly confronted with their own limitations. In my sessions, I meet people who torment themselves because they cannot stop wars. If you continually engage with global events in an unrealistic way, you will not experience inner peace – and the war will take place within you, day after day.
Instead, it is wiser to establish peace within yourself. This contributes far more to peace in the world than attempting to enforce peace through violence.

MIRROR
Everything that happens to you and everyone you encounter in your life presents a challenge for your inner world. It is never about what happens externally, but always about how you respond to it internally.

You cannot change the world, but the world is not meant to be a place where everything is always easy and effortless.Within yourself, however, it can be light and relaxed as you journey through your life.
VISITING A PLACE THAT SEEMS FOREIGN
In truth, you are not of this world, but for now, you are in this world.Identifying with this world causes suffering, as Buddha already pointed out.You are only here for a short time, experiencing yourself as a human being.

However, since you are, by your nature, a spiritual being having a human experience, which is transient, you should not take all of this in the material world too seriously.
BE REALISTIC
It is real that your human existence is subject to impermanence. You, and all of us, will not leave this world physically alive. So don’t drive yourself crazy. It is realistic to become familiar with this truth.

Once you become aware that your spirit is imperishable, you start making new and different decisions in this life—decisions that are more realistic and effective than always following fear or trying to stop the transient.
THE COURAGE TO BE YOURSELF
So stop overthinking yourself and this world. Be pragmatic when it comes to life’s ultimate questions.Face each day boldly, and don’t miss the opportunity to be yourself.Suppressing yourself to please others is the biggest nonsense you can imagine. Recognise who you are, and live fully as the person you truly are.

Allow everyone else to arrive fully in their own being, and take joy in the inner richness this brings you.By doing so, you gradually release unrealistic expectations and begin to recognise what every life is truly about:to radiate the love that you are in this dimension, and to inspire as many souls as possible to walk this path as well.
In my sessions, I show people how wonderful it is to truly recognise who they really are.
